Answers to a short list of written questions, your logo, colors and fonts, and a look at your product. Screenshots or a short screen recording are best; a demo account with dummy data works too. Only if neither is possible, a temporary limited login: send its password through a one-time, self-destructing link, never by email or chat. We never save it, and you change it after delivery.

Your finished video reaches you as a watermarked preview within 72 hours of production, counted from when we have your deposit, your answers and your materials. Time waiting for your notes doesn't count, so quick notes mean a quick video.

Two rounds are included: one round of changes on the demo (send all your notes in one reply), and one round of small fixes on the watermarked preview, like text, typos, colors or timing. Extra rounds are available at a fixed price, shown in your order summary. If we made a mistake, we fix it for free when you tell us within 14 days of delivery.

Yes. Music, sound effects and the AI voice-over are licensed for commercial use, or made by us for your video. Once the balance is paid, the video is yours to use for your business, anywhere online.

A famous song only if you send us its actual license; otherwise we choose licensed music with the same feel. Another brand's logo only if you confirm in writing that you have the right to use it.

By bank transfer in US dollars (ACH or wire), through a Payoneer payment request we send by email. We add no fees to the price. 50% deposit to start, 50% when you approve the finished video, before you get the full-quality file.

Payments aren't refundable, deposit included, with three exceptions: we miss the delivery time through our own fault; we cancel your project; or war, an emergency or a major outage delays us more than 7 days past the deadline and either of us cancels. In those cases we refund what you paid. That's why you see a free preview before paying and a demo before we finish.
